Airlie Beach Festival of Music is set to rock The Whitsundays from November 8th to 10th. Excitement in the vibrant resort town is building. This annual event, presented by the Whitsunday Sailing Club, promises an unforgettable experience with its diverse lineup and lively atmosphere.

For those looking to dive into the full festival experience, grab a three-day pass that gives you access to five days of entertainment. 

The highly anticipated daily lineup has been announced, with one-day tickets also available so you can plan your festival weekend. 

This is also a great opportunity to catch Sweet (UK) on their farewell tour around Australia. The British glam rock icons, known for hits like Ballroom Blitz and Fox on the Run, made waves in the 70s with their flamboyant style and catchy tunes. With 13 Top 50 hits in Australia, including two number ones, Sweet defined an era and influenced countless artists.  

Start the party on Thursday, November 7th with the Magnums Welcome Party featuring 19 Twenty and Obisun. Friday’s lineup kicks off at 4pm with the Passport to Airlie Finals, followed by Avalanche, Thirsty Merc, and Jebediah. 

Saturday, November 9th, showcases legendary Australian acts like Rose Tattoo, Pseudo Echo, Christine Anu, and Ash Grunwald, while Sunday brings a special treat with British rock legends Sweet on their final tour, alongside Southern Sons and Reece Mastin.

The festival wraps up with a bang on Monday, November 11th at the Northerlies After Party, featuring Bondi Cigars, Matty Rogers, and more.
