“We’ve seen the choir grow so much over the past few years that we simply needed a bigger space,” said Morag Wilson, President of the Queensland Irish Choir. “The Hills Church Auditorium not only gives us the room to welcome more people, but with its state-of-the-art sound and lighting, it promises to be an unforgettable experience.”
The auditorium can seat between 150 to 300 guests, and the choir is hoping the new venue will help them reach even more patrons.
The theme of the concert, The Light of Christmas, is inspired by the centuries-old tradition of placing a lit candle in the window to welcome strangers.
As excitement builds for the event, the choir has also just launched a new website, offering more details and a closer connection with their growing fan base.
With a bigger venue, a meaningful theme, and the choir’s signature Celtic charm, this anniversary celebration promises to be a night of festive cheer and moving performances.
