The Main Oval at The Scots College in Bellevue Hill, Sydney, came alive recently, as the school hosted its inaugural Scots Tattoo — a celebration that blended tradition, pageantry, and community spirit.
The sold-out event marked two major milestones: the opening of the new John Cunningham Student Centre and the 125th anniversary of The Scots College Pipes and Drums.

The Tattoo unfolded as a spectacular showcase of Scottish heritage, proudly featuring performances by The Scots College Pipes and Drums, the Old Boys’ Union, and the spirited Fire and Rescue Band.
Joining them were the internationally acclaimed OzScot Highland Dancers, who delivered an electrifying display of choreography.
The event catered to all ages, with lively family-friendly activities and a tempting array of food stalls offering dinner options under the autumn sky. As night fell, a stunning light and fireworks show crowned the festivities, illuminating the college grounds and casting a brilliant glow over the crowd.
