Get ready for a huge day of Irish entertainment in the heart of Brisbane at Fortitude Valley.

Finn McCool’s Irish pub is putting on an epic day of live music, with the best bands Queensland has to offer.

Finns said: “We know how much you guys love live entertainment at Finns.

“As a result, we have some of the best live entertainment coming to perform on the 21st of October as a part of our epic Finn’s Fest!”

Make your way to Finn McCool’s on Brunswick Street from 10am to witness the musical magic of groups such as The Gathering, Limerick MCB, Tartan Shamrock, Amaidí, Tales of Strangers and more.

The Gathering takes immense pride in getting their audiences on their feet and ensuring a rollicking good time. They achieve this with their high-energy Irish dancing, traditional tunes, and beloved Irish sing-alongs, all woven together with a medley of cherished classics and popular hits.

The band has a distinguished record of working with ABC Music, touring across international stages, and captivating audiences at prestigious festivals like the Port Fairy Folk Festival and the Australian Celtic Festival. Their infectious blend of music and performance is a testament to their dedication and passion for delivering unforgettable entertainment experiences.

Limerick MCB brings together four highly talented and entertaining musicians who have a ‘reel’ passion for hi-energy music.

They put on a show that will get your heart pumping as they perform a line-up of toe tapping, beer stomping, sing-along, Celtic rock, traditional tunes, originals and modern crowd-pleasers. You are sure to enjoy Limerick’s roaming Pied Piper-like fiddle player, who will leave you satisfied, with a smile from ear to ear.

Amaidí draw inspiration from the rich history of Irish music and infuse it with contemporary elements to create a unique sound.

The band’s four members, all from different parts of Australia, bring their own diverse backgrounds and influences to the group. With traditional instruments such as the fiddle, bodhrán, accordion, bouzouki, as well as guitar, the band’s sound is a blend of old and new. In live performances, the band is known for its energetic stage presence and engaging audiences.

Adding to the exciting line-up is Celtic band Tartan Shamrock, and acoustic covers band Tales of Strangers, who play a wide range of styles.

Finns added: “This is the one event that you don’t want to miss out on!”
