Start with a creamy seafood chowder served with fresh crusty bread, or savour their tender Welsh lamb shank with rarebit mash, seasonal greens, and a garlic chilli cream sauce. For a heartier option, try their beef and Guinness stew, perfectly paired with rustic mashed potatoes and a rich whisky cream sauce. If you prefer something lighter, the Galette Bretonne, filled with ham, cheese, mushrooms, egg, and accompanied by a crisp side salad, is sure to delight.
