
English synth-pop legends, The Human League, had such an overwhelming response when they announced their Dare 2024 tour in Australia, they decided to rearrange their schedule to accommodate even more shows, spreading the synth-pop love in Sydney and Melbourne.
Fans can’t contain their excitement, and rightly so – they’re a legendary stage act. You haven’t heard The Sound of The Crowd until you’ve heard the band perform it live.
This thrilling tour will see The Human League celebrate their iconic synth-pop masterpiece, Dare, by performing the entire album live in March. They’ll also be belting out other anthems and classics from their extensive discography.
The Human League, pictured above, featuring the original member Philip Oakey and vocalists Joanne Catherall and Susan Ann Sulley, are pioneers of the synth-pop movement. Their influence on the music industry is immeasurable, and their tracks like Don’t You Want Me and Love Action continue to captivate audiences worldwide.

There’s a massive 80s double header in store for Australia too when chart toppers Go West and Nik Kershaw come together for a national co-headline tour in March.
Fans can expect to hear some of the best songs of the 80s and early 90s including We Close Our Eyes, King Of Wishful Thinking, Call Me and many more from Go West, whilst Nik Kershaw fans will relive songs such as Wouldn’t it Be Good, The Riddle, Wide Boy and more. Both acts bring some surprising songs and covers to their sets too that promise an evening of music hits from across the decades.
“We always enjoy playing across Australia and it will be extra special this year as we tour alongside our mate, Nik Kershaw. We look forward to seeing you all in March 2024!” announced Go West.
Hailing from Bristol, Nik Kershaw exploded onto the UK pop scene in 1984 as a solo artist. A string of global hit singles – including Wouldn’t it Be Good, The Riddle and his biggest hit, I Won’t Let the Sun Go Down on Me – helped to propel him to 62 weeks on the UK Singles Chart through 1984 and 1985 – beating every other solo artist, together with performing at Live Aid. Elton John has described Nik as “the best songwriter of a generation”.

From The Jam will play their Final Tour of Australia dedicated to all the Australian fans of The Jam. For this finale in March, they will perform a special set of The Jam’s Greatest Hits from their complete back-catalogue including – Town Called Malice, Going Underground, That’s Entertainment, In the City, Start!, The Eton Rifles, English Rose, David Watts, Down In The Tube Station At Midnight plus more
From The Jam features Bruce Foxton, legendary bass player from the original line-up of The Jam. On vocals is Russell Hastings who understands The Jam’s history and admirably fills Paul Weller’s shoes.
From The Jam have played over 1,000 live shows and gained a reputation for capturing the energy and excitement of live performances that sealed the reputation of The Jam back in the day.

Red Hot Summer 2024 is set to bring back the nostalgia with a historic reunion of two iconic bands in February – Icehouse and Simple Minds – on the same stage. It’s a thrilling blast from the past as they recreate their 1981 touring line-up.
During that remarkable year, Icehouse supported Simple Minds on their UK tour, and in return, Simple Minds opened for Icehouse during the Australian leg. The camaraderie between the bands was evident, and now they are ready to relive those magical moments together in Australia.
Jim Kerr, front man of Simple Minds, expressed his excitement, saying they had the best time back then, and they can’t wait to do it all over again with their mates, Icehouse. The bond with their Aussie fans is strong, and they are eager to perform in some of the country’s finest outdoor locations.
Iva Davies of Icehouse reminisced about their first overseas journey and the special connection they formed with Simple Minds. Having shared the stage before, they are thrilled to co-headline the tour next year and create new memories together.
The Red Hot Summer tour series two for 2024 will also feature Noiseworks, Daryl Braithwaite, and Bachelor Girl.
Simple Minds have also added five more Australian shows as part of their Global Tour in February. They will play Melbourne, Adelaide, Broadbeach and two shows at Sydney Opera House.
This is in addition to the previously announced shows in Mornington, Yarra Valley, Bribie Island and Perth as part of the Red Hot Summer Tour.
