UK rock duo Royal Blood is set to return to Australia and New Zealand this December, much to the excitement of fans. The duo, Mike Kerr and Ben Thatcher, last toured here in 2018.

They said on Twitter: “We’re incredibly excited to be announcing these shows in Australia and New Zealand in December this year. We haven’t toured over there since 2018 so we can’t wait to get back out there. It’s been far too long.”

Their upcoming tour kicks off in Auckland on December 7 at Spark Arena before they head across the Tasman Sea for shows in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Perth. Joining them on all Australian shows are Psychedelic P*rn Crumpets and The Buoys, while Auckland will see the addition of Racing and Elliot & Vincent.

Royal Blood’s return is especially significant as they come fresh from an extensive tour across Europe and the US, coupled with their latest album release, Back To The Water Below. The album has received critical acclaim, with MOJO describing it as having “considerable light and shade” and NME calling it a “return” for the duo. Known for their breakout year in 2014 and subsequent chart-topping albums, Royal Blood’s electrifying live performances have earned them a dedicated fan base worldwide.

Don’t miss this opportunity to catch the dynamic duo live on stage and experience their unparalleled chemistry in a series of unmissable shows.
